- There is a refundable deposit of $10.00 to rent up to 3 tapes. (Cash or check made payable to CCI)
- Tape rental fee is $2.00 per tape to cover the costs of duplication and postage. (Cash or separate check made payable to CCI)
- Call your tape rental requests to CCI at 866-268-2160.
- Send your deposit and rental fees to CCI at P.O. Box 29087 Parma, Ohio 44129.
- Members of the 12th Step Within committee of the Cleveland Central Intergroup will be responsible for duplicating tapes and getting to renter when money is received at the IG office. Tape orders will be handled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- When you are finished with the tapes, get them back to CCI.
- If you return the borrowed tapes within 30 days you may choose to have your deposit refunded or you may take out additional tapes from the library.
- After 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.
We will operate the tape library on this trial basis for 6 months and review and amend the procedures as necessary after that.
