To the Newcomer
Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is not a diet club.  There are no dues or fees, no weigh-ins.  The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively. Newcomers are welcome at ALL meetings. As a newcomer you are urged to attend six meetings before deciding whether the OA program is for you.

MEETING NOTES
According to Tradition Three, anyone who desires to stop eating
compulsively is welcome at any meeting listed.  Closed meeting: compulsive overeaters only  Newcomers are welcome at all meetings.
