Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is not a diet club.
There are no dues or fees, no weight ins.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.
Newcomers are welcome at ALL meetings. As a newcomer you are urged to attend six meetings before deciding whether the OA program is for you.
