*Anyone can attend an OPEN meeting. This includes families and friends of those who experience problems with food, as well as health professionals, clergy or others seeking more information about OA. All other meetings are closed (for members only). The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.
Are you looking for OA literature? Check out the Saturday meeting at Meriter Hospital!
We do provide support for start-up meetings! InterGroup will provide OA's start-up kit as a gift. If the meeting has a different focus, IG will spend the same amount on other items. In addition to the start-up kit, a brochure for men is available. The person wanting to get support MUST come to IG before ordering any materials. If the meeting closes, all materials should be returned to IG.
