Treasurer’s Report

No report was read. Oops!

Committee Reports

Telephone: Dee had five calls, Kathy had 11 calls, Mimi had one, Donna had three and Suzette had two.

Newsletter: There is no longer a “color of the month” special. We will have the newsletters printed on white because of the cost difference for colored paper. The flyer and registration form for the Annual Spring Sharathon is on the back page of the February 2001 Newsletter.

Literature: We now have more AA Big Books. We will order ½ case of the AA 12&12. The new OA book will be available in May 2001. We will discuss preordering these in March.

Publicity: The answering service has put the number in the white pages of the phone book. The motion was made and carried that we allow $48 a year for listings in the white pages. We will notify the TV and radio stations about the Sharathon in hopes they may give us airtime. They have never responded before but we will try again.

Outreach: The Outreach program is on hold until spring.

Kevin volunteered to help with literature table.

Dee will contact speakers to see how many rooms will be needed & how many lunches. Dee will also get the speaker’s gifts.

Region Assemblies: Region Assembly is March 9 & 10, 2001.

Quicken Program: Suzette has the Quicken system. She just needs someone to help install it.

New Business

Focus on Health: We need volunteers to help. We will discuss this more at the March Intergroup
