The minutes were read and approved.

Treasurer’s Report

No income was reported this month, only expenses and balance sheet.

Committee Reports

Telephone: Dee had five calls, Kathy had 5 calls, Donna had five and Suzette had one.

Newsletter: No one has called to have his or her name added to the Outreach List. Vera, Don & Loretta would like to be put on. Since the Outreach List does not fill a complete page, do we want to add more information to fill it? Examples would be trying to get more people to meetings and Intergroup.

Literature: Marilyn now has the AA 12&12. The new OA book will be available in May 2001. We decided to hold off on ordering any of the revised Brown Books.

Publicity: All the work is done for Sharathon. Donna sent letters to the TV stations, radio stations and library about the Sharathon. The motion was made, seconded and carried that we buy a new rubber stamp for Suzette with “For Deposit Only” plus the intergroup name and address. Donna will then take possession of the old address stamp from Suzette.

Outreach: The Outreach program is on hold until spring. Hopefully this spring and summer we can have some volunteers to visit our other meetings and get more interest in Intergroup.

Old Business

Sharathon: Everyone is working on Sharathon. The speakers have not replied to Dee’s letter. Kevin will talk to the speakers at Region Assembly to confirm that they will be here and how many rooms we will need to reserve.

Region Assemblies: Region Assembly is March 9 & 10, 2001. Dale was one of our representatives, but he has vacated his office. Suzette will now become region Rep to finish Dale’s term. Gene was nominated and elected to become the Region Rep. Alternate.

Quicken Program: Suzette has the Quicken system but it is not hooked up yet.

Focus on Health: Please call Dee 219-749-2208 if you want to volunteer to work any of these.

New Business

Recovery Cruise: There is an OA Recovery Cruise in Oct. The dates are Oct. 20-25. It will depart from Tampa Florida. Dee and Marilyn have more information if you are interested. The prices seem very reasonable.
