The dates on the treasurer’s report should be “2/16/01 to 3/15/01”.
Telephone: Kathy had 6 calls. Dee had 3 calls. Donna had 0 calls. Suzzette had 0 contacts.
Newsletter: There were a lot of copies left over last month. We will reduce printing from 200 to 150.
Literature: Is the Brown Book totally new or just revised? Kevin will order one advance copy to evaluate and report on.
Publicity: The sharathon announcement ran on Channel 7 WPTA. OA information runs on Channel 55 and runs weekly in the Journal Gazette and New Sentinel, twice a month in the Frost Illustrated and twice a year in Senior Life.
Outreach: The Outreach program is on hold.
Sharathon: There will be a complete financial report in the next newsletter. The speakers were great! The decorations were great! Kudos to Denise! Having lunch in the meeting room worked fine. The change to a one fee structure probably contributed to no walk-in registrations.
Region V Assembly: A report on the assembly is included in the April newsletter.
Quicken Program: The quicken program has been installed on Suzette’s PC.
Focus on Health: No one was interested so we did not participate in any this time.
The Saturday, 3pm, Fort Wayne meeting has moved to Parkview's English Hall, 2210 Randallia Drive.
Intergroup Pins: Why weren’t the pins for sale at the Sharathon. Marilyn will get them from Kathy and bring them to Sharathon and other sales opportunities.
Phone Numbers on the Web Page: The WSO meeting list web pages include the contact names and phone numbers. Is there any reason we shouldn’t go ahead and publish them on our web site also? Kevin will go ahead and add the contact names and phone numbers to our website. Kevin will contact the few people who are listed on our printed meeting lists but are not listed by WSO and verify if they want to remain as a contact.
