We recommend reviewing Packet A before the start of the Assembly. The added packet page numbering is only included in the “Packet A Combined Print Document” at the bottom of this list.  A01 – A18 are the original, individual documents, without packet page numbering. Click on the links to download.

PLEASE NOTE: When printing the Combined Print Document PDF, be sure to check your “print preview” window for the pages and, if needed, select “Scale to Fit” or “Fit to Page” (etc.) in your settings. So that the added page numbering does not get cut off at the top of your printed pages. Thanks
